meine Mutter und ich befinden uns derzeit in Kambodscha. 
Da Bangkok Airways so nett ist und unsere Koffer von Phnom Penh bis nach Innsbruck durchcheckt ( was unsere heimische Airline beim Hinflug leider nicht schaffte) wollte ich euch fragen wie der Ablauf am Airport in Bangkok vor sich geht.
Folgende Email habe ich von Bangkok Airways erhalten!
In connection to your email, we are pleased to inform you that the baggage can be check through to your final destination and complete immigration formality at Phnompenh. You can also obtain boarding pass upon checking-in with Bangkok Airways at Phnompenh. Please kindly show your Austrian Airlines ticket to the ground staff.
