Ich erhielt nach der Buchung meiner Flüge nach Rom zunächst am Flughafen die Ansage, dass man den nicht im Flugpreis ausgewiesenen Gepäckpreis vor Ort nur in bar zahlen könne, was zwar eigenwillig ist, aber noch ok. Hier waren aber Service und die Quittung noch ok.
Beim Rückflug gab es ziemlich Ärger wegen falsch gestellter Quittungen und rüdester Beschimpfungen zweier arroganter spanischer Bodenstewardessen, die nicht bereit waren , ihre Fehler hinsichtich falscher Quittungen zu korrigieren und uns stattendessen anschrien und beleidigten und mit undamenhaften Handbewegungen wegscheuchten.
Als Krönung erhielt ich heute eine Onlineunfage auf Spanisch zu meiner Meinung zur Airline, die man aber nur in Spanisch (keine Sprachauswahl) ausfüllen konnte: hier meine Reaktion:

first of all, I am German and do speak German, English, Italien and French, but almost no Spanish and if you want to know about your service, it starts with a language selection option.
Second: when I came to the Rome Airport Fiumincino (7.4.2015, 16:25 to Munich) with my husband and needed to pay the 35 € for my suitcase your desk hostess Michele made the mistake to write it on my husbands ticket. But it was my company Lux-Marketing (Mrs. Andrea Lux-Holinsky) paying and buying my ticket and I wanted to give up the luggage on my name and have the receipt for tax reasons, because it was a business trip for me. As we couldn't see ,what Michele was writing behind the desk, we couldn't see the mistake of her either. When she handed it out to us and sent us to the cassa where a hostess named Sofia was sitting, she denied to write the correct name or write a new handwritten receipt. We had a real fight and she said that this was OUR mistake! The argument was so loud & unpolite from both hostesses , that they yelled at us, the made bad hand gestures to my husband. We had to pay the 35 € and the both denied to write a new handwritten receipt on the name and account, that payed our ticket to Vueling: my Company ............. We asked for the last names of Sofia and Michele/ Michaela, but they both refused to give it and when we asked for their boss, they said, that they don't have one!?! The unpoliteness and rude action and to cero service was so annoying, that we will contact our lawyer to clear this for us. If you see a possibility to sent us a correct receipt and apologize , we might not give this to our lawyer. If you wnat to contact us: .............
