gibts in Dubai auch Prepaidkarten mit denen man dann mit Billigvorwahlen günstig nach Deutschland telefonieren kann? Kenne sowas aus Thailand wo man dann für ein paar Cent anrufen kann.

Hallo, ja die gibts es, aber ohne die Vorwahlen. z.B. von Etisalat oder Blu, wobei Etisalat von der Qualität besser ist.

geh auf die Seite von Etisalat.  Hab die Tarife nicht mehr im Kopf.  Ist aber relativ günstig im Vergleich zu Deiner deutschen SIM.

No need to renew your Wasel Prepaid Line anymore. Now you can enjoy the Free Lifetime Validity on your Active Wasel Prepaid Line. This free lifetime validity will be applied automatically from 1st August 2011 and does not require you to subscribe or pay any additional fee for it. All the usage charges will also stay the same.
