We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. As we have communicated, our standard rooms are equipped with French balconies, which offer limited space. Regarding the doors, we are aware that some guests find them difficult to close quietly. We regularly maintain the doors to ensure they function properly, and we will reinforce with our staff the importance of gentle closing and encourage guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. We are also investigating long-term solutions for sound dampening or door mechanism improvements to minimize noise disruption. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
