We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location of your apartment, the view it provided, and the Taverna at our resort. In our descriptions of the different room types, we clearly indicate which rooms are renovated and which are not, to help avoid misunderstandings. The apartment you referred to has not been recently renovated; however, it is well maintained and in good condition. Since you didn't need the kitchen, we wonder why you didn't choose one of our many renovated options. Regarding the turn-down service, it would have been helpful if you had communicated your preferred time to our Guest Relations team or at the Reception. We would have been happy to accommodate your request. We're sorry to hear that you believe there are only a few places to sit outside on the terrace of the Main Restaurant. In fact, we offer three terraces on one side of the pool and another three on the other side of the Main Restaurant. This setup allows for 80% of our total hotel capacity to enjoy outdoor seating. Furthermore, we have enhanced this experience by completely renovating the Main Restaurant during the winter months, improving both the indoor space and outdoor areas. We are proud to offer high-quality ice cream at our Gelateria, thanks to our partnership with Greece's top brands, Kayak & Chillbox.
