My experience with AzurAir isn't so bad. My flight from Dusseldorf to Punta Cana was delayed by 12 hours.
Compensation claim sent on 10th March, on 9th April feedback from AzurAir - compensation confirmed.
Today I have 1800 EUR (for 3 person) on my account.
No delays, no lawyers involved - just one message with compensation claim and 40 days later - money on my account, I expected much more effort to get this. Surprisingly stright-forward. Am I really so lucky?
Flight to Punta Cana and back wasn't so bad. Reading comments here I expected something like disaster, when flight was delayed I thought - it starts ... Now I'm pretty happy - my 14 days holidays cost me 2490 EUR (3 person, all inclusive,14 days in Grand Principe Tourqesa).
Frankly, I'd always use AzurAir to travel - just to have so significant bonus opportunity. Don't worry of any delay - this means money return for you guys!
